At DJ Dean Mitchell, I’m committed to delivering exceptional service. This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for cancellations, returns, or other scenarios related to my services.
1. General Refund Terms
• Refund requests must be made in writing to dean@djdeanmitchell.co.uk.
• Refunds will only be considered within 1 day of the event date. Inorder for this to be valid, on the night of the event and before the end, notification must be received to the email address above; without this, all complaints if any, will automatically rejected.
• Deposits are non-refundable, except in cases outlined under Section 4 of this policy. If Section 4 is not applicable, the depost remains non-refundable.
2. Event Cancellations
By the Client
• More than 7 Days Before Event:
• For equipment with DJ bookings: £25 of the £150 deposit will be refunded; £150 remains non-refundable.
• Within 7 Days of the Event:
• All payments, including deposits and fees, are non-refundable.
By DJ Dean Mitchell
• In the unlikely event that DJ Dean Mitchell cancels the booking, the client will receive a full refund, including the deposit. DJ Dean Mitchell will also make every effort to provide a suitable replacement for the event.
3. Refund Processing
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
• Refunds are issued using the original payment method.
• Clients will receive an email confirmation once their refund has been processed.
4. Force Majeure
Refunds may not be issued in cases where events are disrupted or canceled due to Force Majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). Refund requests in such cases will be assessed individually.
